$10,000 Main event

Well, we'll definitely be one of the most relaxed tables in the room. Alot of conversations in the pot- some borderline, with people giving quiet commentary as to what they think might be going on. But, all part of a fun, pleasant, nice table

$10,000 Main event

Dinner break. 76k. Slow and steady.

We actually had two bust outs. Both a little crazy. It's funny, however tight people play for most of the day, you never know when they may lose their mind

$10,000 Main Event

Raise   to 1.2k at 300-500(500)

Spanish pro in small blind, and American not -so-pro in big blind, call

three clubs

Both check, I bet 2k into 4.1k, just the Spanish guy calls

three clubs

Check -check

three clubs

Spanish guy bets 3.7k

Feels like it's going to be a fold, because the King swings it. King means that is not a bluff, and there is no need to Bluff with or .

It might be a call if he had defended the Big because he has more club combos, but against a small blind defend, it probably only leaves him , and (potentially not even)

Fold. 72k

I think the thing that most defines the day is not so much that people play nitty, but that people are more than happy to effectively tell everyone that they are going to play nitty

$10,000 Main Event

Last level. There's at least two of them who I think will now be doing anything to make it through.  Although I now think there's probably two who will be doing something about that

$10,000 Main event

Sigh

Open UTG to 1.3k. UTG2 (solid nit) and UTG3 (goodish) call.

UTG4 squeezes to 4.5k.

He has 30k total (50 bigs)

He's the good seeming youngish pro. He pulled one big bluff, although hasn't done much else

Obviously in solver land, this is a shove, but this is playing differently. It's a small sizing. Not quite sure what to think, but veer slightly more on its small because he is short, and wants the action. But, not sure

I call . Just UTG3 calls.

Both check, he bets 5k into 16k.

Hmm. I mean, there is just such potential for a good bluff here.  I block AQ though.  Can it be JJ? Was his small sizing to allow himself to fold with JJ? Can it be other two queens?

I think I have to fold. Problem is, it's likely to be one of two things:

- He's mainly solid, and it is what it seems
- It's a nice Bluff line, and so it's going to continue, and he's going to bet something like 40% pot on the turn

Fold. 75k

$10,000 Main Event

Boom

Pulled the nice one that I felt i had the credit for

in the big blind, Spanish guy raises cutoff to 1.4k. New York guy (Slightly loose passive , calling a little too wide) call button.

I almost feel that, on one hand, the Spanish guy may well 4bet, but on the other, he will give my 5bet More credit than usual. Things are different in the main.

He does 4bet, to 14k (he has about 120k, we have 76k)

I think I have to. I've been reasonably steady.  I think he's going to be suspicious, but I think ulitmately he just has to come to the conclusion that he doesn't know.

It's a long tank. Was willing the two cards to get into the muck.

He folds

92k
