$2,500 Mixed Triple Draw
Sigh
Blind vs blind in A5 lowball leads to me making a 65432 vs a 'number two' (6432A)

$2,500 Mixed Triple Draw
Re-entering at the Bravo kiosk unfortunately. Never got going.
End was in badugi. Dealt a pat
, big blind vs cutoffs raise. I 3bet and he drew one, which wasn't great news.
Survived the first two draws, and on the river, had exactly 0.8bets left. I checked. He bet. Not good news.
Maybe I can fold. Its so unlikely a bluff, as it looks so unlikely that I'll fold. However , there is just some chance he can value bet a good ten-badugi.
I call, and he does indeed have
Re-entry

$2,500 Mixed Triple Draw Lowball
Lovely bluff on Todd Brunson
2-7 triple draw
I start 86552, and 3bet SB vs CO.
Goes my 1, his 2. I bet, he calls. I miss (A)
My 1, his 1. I miss (Q). I check, he bets, I call.
My 1, his pat. I miss (6). It's a second pair. I'm obliged to at least think about the opportunity.
I decide to check raise. The strengths are:
1) My double pair makes it more likely he is himself snowing
2) If I check, then the fact he checks behind his show down value means that his bets are more concentrated with his snows (which obviously become auto folds to check raise)
3) Its not impossible he believes me enough to make a hero laydown. Somehow, a check raise looks less like a bluff attempt, when I could choose to lead bluff

$2,500 Triple Draw Lowball
Lovely cooler vs Todd Brunson in A5 lowball, my number one vs his number two (A2345 vs A2346)
Then double him up for a small one next hand
Think both are going on the updates

$2,500 Mixed Triple Lowball
Wow
A5 Lowball
Two bizarre circumstances, on back to back hands, which add up to, I'll be honest, tough circumstances to take. Will be over it within a minute
First hand
Big three way pot, dealer forgets to burn for the final draw. But, because a player has checked, the floor judges it to be significant action, and it stands. A guy makes number 2 with a 2 which would have made me the winner
Second hand
Complicated 4 way pot. I make 86543 on the A5 lowball river. An ugly bluff catcher. Check check, George Wolff bets. Its an easy fold against anyone else, but he loves the creative move. I decide to call. But, as I decide to call, I notice that the nitty guy in seat 2 has chips ready in his hand to call. 3 1k chips. I'm basically sure its not an act. If he indeed is over calling, I surely can't be good. There is some chance that either it's an act, or that he somehow is ready to overcall with worse, but everything previously has been passive and nitty. I have to use that info to decide that the probabilities now balance against me
(I need Wolff to have not caught, Wolff to indeed bluff 4way, and this guy to really be prepared to overcall with a worse hand)
Sadly, that is what was happening. I'm fairly sure he wasn't acting, and he slams his chips in the pot with 87632. Wolff was indeed bluffing with AAxxx
Right. Over it. Guess it was a good live read to have seen it, as its possible to be lazy with those things in limit games, even if it's a good live read which horribly back fired.
Its all just part of the weird circumstances of luck.

Ah. Rough badugi
Is good 3 way on the river, vs a pat and.
Small blind who (ridiculously, he needs to value bet his good rivers) has blind checked the river, now does the attention seeking thing of sweating his last card
Has
8 outs, 40k pot
Slams down the

$2,500 Mixed Triple Draw
Wow
Got circumstantially very lucky. The standard in this tournament has been surprisingly really low, by the way.
Badugi. I decide to snow. (Bluff by taking no cards with a bad hand). It's definitely right to do. But it goes wrong. He calls, and (I know as he's talking to himself), has made a Jack badugi.
I table my cards (a no good 3 card seven), just out of instinct as that's what I always do.
And good job I did. I very get lucky. He says 'oh, you've got a 7, nice hand,'
And he throws his winning hand into the muck.
