Fairly spectacular final hand. Had my first strong hand for a long time, T763 Badugi on the button. BB (Monette's friend) made a potentially bizarre check raise bluff on the turn,and then broke ..but got there for 8743

Ouch nightmare 20 minutes. Down to 15k last break of day. All cooler stuff, but this was the decision pot.

Decision point. I either pat and bluff, or concede defeat and draw to what will be 7,8 or 9 outs (14%,16% or 18%).
There is also the chance that he has a worse King himself. This would lead either to him folding, and my bluff working without the bet being necessary. The move is in fact some kind of merge, between getting a Queen tofold, and once in a while getting a worse King to call
But, it all comes down to exactly what likelyhood there is, that, if I snow and he has a Queen, the chain of events will be that he thinks he is beat, and throws in a sigh call
That is of course likely, but it only has 14/16/18% to beat.
There is of course the other difference that the snow costs me one big bet, but the draw and miss doesn't.
I think I have to go for it. I pat. He checks, I bet....
And it is the exact chain of events we fear ..the lazy call, and show slow of Q862.
