Ive done a lot of work into 3 way sizing. The simple conclusion is that people get it wrong by just unimaginatively saying POT whenever they have one side, and not really understanding why they are doing so.

I bet 40%-40%-40%, which I think is right

But probably just got lucky as what happened on the river is
