Ok Blondeites.
A little birdy tells me that there will be a 300 NLH 2-day event at Gala Notts on Sunday 28th and Monday 29th August.
One re-buy or add-on is permitted (and only 1) House Dealers 30 registartion fee 5000 starting chips 40 minute levels for the first 3 levels then 45 minute clock thereafter 30 minute break at the end of level 3. Final Table the next day (time to be confirmed but probs around 7ish)
Details will follow of pre-registration dates, satellites and buy-in facilities - currently you can only buy-in for yourself and it must be in person.
If anybody (cue active forum member nightfly) knows any more details i am sure they will post them.

Sounds tempting but having read stuff on other threads I have got to wonder if the potential grief is worth it, are the pains in the neck likely to be priced out of the game?

Ironside
The only event we 'normally' hold on a Bank Holiday is the NECS. The last event was held on the Bank Holiday Monday as the Gutshot would only let us hire the venue on a Wednesday or the Bank Holiday Monday. We try to avoid clashes where possible. Come down ironside and fly back on the Tuesday - Heard a rumour they may be some small games happening around on the Monday.

Don't be put off Robert. The 250 comp at notts was fine and a pretty smooth ride. Perhaps it was due to the inclusion of dealers or maybe it was becuase it was a rebuy comp. Hmm.
