i would hazard a guess that the pie didnt get chance to actually touch the plate and had already been devoured before said picture was taken - hence the look of satisfaction and contentment on his face..........

I would like to point out that the pic was taken at the launch of the Blue sqare "usual suspects"  tour, which was held in a poncey bar/restaurant in Trafalgar square. When the word "Buffet" was announced i leisurely made my way to the table only to find that it was nothing like a buffet !!.  Full of green stuff and raw fish ffs.  The only edible things were the bread rolls ..that brown thing on my plate was going to be the filling for the roll, but it wasnt what i thought it was, so that got binned and i just ate the rolls    On the plus side, there was a free bar   and after looking at the buffet table I asked Jonathan Raab from blue square to order pizza or i would attack the free bar with gusto ... he dwelled and called my bluff... A mistake I doubt he will make again LOL.

It was a top night though, and i was really pleased to be invited... much Kudos to Jonathon (AlrightJack) for that, and i hope he got that bar bill through expenses ok

The sickest thing about the free bar was that i was buying my drinks without realising Jon had setup a tab for us!!

I think it went past 1k, Kev had about £800 worth!

lets put it this way, at the end of the night, the barman and myself were on first name terms, and he told me that i had drunk more than Sir Clive Sinclair who was asleep and out of it on one of the bars sofas
