James Atkin is OUT in 5th place, winning £9,500

The big hands are coming thick and fast now, with AQ looking good to James after Tim raises (again).  But he got a quick call with a hand he really didn't like seeing (AK) and a raggy board sent the youngster off to his 9am job interview.  No kidding.

Here was Mr. Zach with a few more chips - but don't be fooled by his shorter stack at present (95k - eek) he still looks this cool.  It's a good look for him.

Simon Zach is OUT in 4th place winning £14,500

Don Jones raises from the button, Zach moves all-in for 83k, Don calls.

J-J v K-J

Zach's gone.

A deal has been struck.

£41,500 each.

Rumour has it that Flanders only agreed to the deal if he could be awarded 1st place and the winner's trophy.

Got to say, not entirely surprised by this cut-off of play at this time.  They're  still sitting at the table, however, and we don't know if they can just get up and walk off or some kind of 'natural' conclusion has to be made - I think they're going through those final raisey-cally motions to end the thing, having split it nice and evenly.
