what an interestingly boring line up!

blind leading the blind?

Stu Nash and Peter Gunnarson may liven it up a bit, as will Willie but i cant see any of the others performing here.

Sunday,

This was a strange heat. The beauty of the comp was the open draw with no bias towards anyone. This heat happens to feature three online qualifiers so does not have the *bling* that maybe some of the others did.

It is still a very good heat and shows how well some of the pro's use speech play, Willie and Sean are past masters at it and induce one incredible call.

Oh... and thanks for your positive reply, one thing this heat does show is that not all online players have what it takes to perfom under the pressure of a big tourney.

i watch all thse heats and there is some very good poker being played by some top top players so far.

what i meant is that out of all the heats, i expect this one to be the worst for entertainment value.

3 internet qualifiers who are most likely to be rocks, Steve Vladar - rock, Carmy - rock. Sean - well..

I predict this to be the Peter, Willie and Stu show

I watched this one, it is a very good heat!

Roy was a pleasure to meet and openly admitted he basically qualified by accident... There are some very interesting things happen in this heat!

There is a couple of bits i can't wait to see.

Sunday,

I do see what you mean, the 3 qualifiers had differing backgrounds, Carmy has played many good live comps, he had a big draw at the Vic a few years ago, Donato is a big online Tourney winner and also went on to make final tables in St Kitts. Roy was the opposite end of the spectrum, he is 73 yeas old and has played poker for 9 months he qualified for £2 through a super sat into the main sat and could not believe he had won. He openly admitted he was treating this event like a dream come true, he and his wife were a joy to have around and as organiser it warmed my heart to see these two every day.

The pro's had differenig fortunes and tonights heat is a great example of never giving up, the cards can come when you need them the most.

I hope you enjoy tonights heat as you have enjoyed the others.
