I'd just like to take this opportunity to say many thanks to Flushy for all his help in Monte Carlo.

With Jen playing, doing the updates on my tod would have been an absolute nightmare and I'm pretty sure I would have burnt out.

The final day updates, when I was playing trying to play the €1000 were particularly top notch.

Also, a big up to Mr Raab who pitches in now and then with some vital information and cracking anecdotes. He's not employed by blonde, so he doesn't have to anything.

Top job boys!  thumbs up

 

I hope everyone enjoyed the updates. I tried my utmost to make them the best yet. I hope we succeeded.

Cheers for the message Snoopy. It really was a good fun week, i did the updates in luton once but the site was down and then i helped in Deauville for a bit. This though was diffrent class.


We had so much fun doing them it was really great. Whether it was chosing what stupid quizz to have or what silly pic to put up! There were 3 of us on the update team, Jon Raab does a shed load of updating aswell, and he is an encyclopedia of UK players. If we need to know what a UK player looks like Jon would hunt him down for us.

I hope if Jen or Snoopy are playing a big comp sometime to jump in the hotseat again.

Although i doubt we will ever have a better tournament, and it was easy to work on this one, the biggest ever in europe and plenty of UK intrest right up untill the end! And a truely great guy won it!
