Just out on patrol, & I had a lovely surprise. Big ugly geezer says to me in an Aussie accent "are you tikay?", I think "uh-oh, who THIS?", and it's a guy whose Stars alias is Wombat. He & I populate the $500 & $1,000 SNG's, we've played 100's of SNG's together, & are great friends, such as you can be online. He lives in Sydney I believe.

He said "I always imagined you to be older"......

Hehe, I love that guy.

Good luck to all that are stil ln, my style of play often leads for early fireworks Undecided so I am not surprised w/ my early exit. The boys at that table would have been in trouble had I hit the nut fluch draw. 1ST HAND i RAISED TO 400, won the first 4 hands and then on hand 5 I floped the nut draw, that is just the way it goes!

The WSOP has been great Grin the 2005 WSOP PLH World Champ Grin will be to Paris and London at the end of the month and I look forward to having a beer w/ as many of you as possible.

Thanks to Tikat, Rhow, DC, Jen and everyone that I have met here in Vegas.

Like I always tell DC, JUST WIN BABY, JUST WIN

Camel? Nope, you got it wrong. He's been up to 13k, down to 4k, 11k, 6k, you know what he's like.

Smokin Steve Vladar - 9,500. Nice, solid, start by the likeable guy.

Rob Yong (it's YONG - as in Chinese - not YOUNG, he gets tetchy), so he's had AA & up to 15k, & his partner, Smithers Whiten, doubled up to 20k with AA v KK. Two GREAT guys.

Just bumped into my new-found buddy, the slim-line Chris Moneymaker.

"How many Chris?"

"eighty seven hundred".

Heaven knows what the Americans will achieve when they eventually work out how the numbering system of hundreds & thousands works.

Apparently half hour break - here are more counts

Daniel Larsson 11,000
Ian 'At-it' Bradley 14,000 (2 away from Larsson)
Sonny Ninja 7,000
Camel 10,000

Thanks Djinn for the update about Daniel Larsson. Anyone heard any news from Bengt Sonnert?

Sammy Farha on the feature table resplendant in orange.

Hugh Kirton, fresh from the final table of the Paradise Masters (congratulations!) started bullying straight away and got up to 15,000, but then took a down turn when he flopped an up and down with a pair against someone's pocket 10s.  The ten on the river just clinched it and he was back down to around 8,000.  Then a low flop with continual small bet from player1, raise from Hugh and call from player1 ended up with Hugh showing his QQ and the other guy KK.  So now under 5,000 but you honestly never know with him.
