I signed up with UK-Poker.net when I joined the VC cage many moons ago - but had to play on the 'regular' VC skin for P4C's charity games... same name and password.

Also, the points scoring system is a little naff to say the least, and just how many of the top 20 have you seen win ANY decent MTT?!?!? - most of the names I have NEVER EVEN SEEN PLAY!!!

blondepoker tourneys. We cannot limit these to blonde Forum Members ONLY, but we CAN limit them to Members of the blondepoker cardroom.

So we can have blonde tourneys whenever we want.

Anyone who downloads the software (via blonde) will be able to play...

..and unless I'm very much mistaken, any rake taken on the tournament will go to blonde, since I have to use the blondepoker software to play blonde events. (i.e. the blonde tournaments will not show up on the UPL skin).

In actual fact, this works out great - it means I can use the same bankroll for both UPL (which sponsors El B) and BlondePokerLeague!

Double the blondeage, double the fun!

obviously there has always been a record of results,but only recently released it seems.

player    hog-man (arkansas)  was top dog   but
he a septic.

hence top ranked  EUROPEAN for moi.

as it had no benefits until released as an official comp in march 06       never paid much heed to it.

ps  rankinf pts scored from pos 10th up so if you play lots of mtts    thats reflected  not neccesarily the best/winning players.  eg   lixxan won the 100k for  29k  approx   yet isnt in the top 10 for week or month.crazy.

This is one of the factors of 'ladders' like this - you don't have to make money at all on MTTs, as long as you play the volume needed to get the points.

E.g If you play all of those speed rebuy MTTs that Trib has going (and they are legion), you have a shot at the top, even if you only break even on them... ?

I came 2nd one month last year without even entering a single regularly scheduled tournament.

My point was that the leaderboard was tagged as "lets see who the best MTT player is" - wot a load of Tosh.

It should read "lets see who cashes in the most  MTT's"

Myself, I only play the $15k (late one) and the $10k ($99 rebuy one) - oh and the sats of course and BS 20 min MTT's (not sure if these count) and I am in top 30. I didnt expect to be in the top 100 let alone top 30 because I play so few tourneys.

Don't worry M3boy. While I don't wish to belittle anyone who is on a leaderboard, everyone knows they mean hee-haw.

(If I were on one, I'd still be chuffed though.)

Used to be many a harsh word at my table. Someone would say, "wow are you the tigmong". I'd say "yip" and there would always be a few at the table who would be really offended. Piping up that leaderboard rank means nothing. Some getting personal, calling me pathetic, accusing me of having two people playing my account etc.
It always amused me that my mere presence at the table would sometimes start arguments. I didn't even need to say owt, tempers flare over this sort of thing.

Let the folk on the board have their fun is what I say.

Meanwhilst, keep destroying the $10k and the $15k for all they're worth.
