Exit of Barry Paskin - the Billy-Connelly-haired British guy who has danced, shouted, and twitched his way into the media spotlight for the past 2 hours.  There having been more than one complaint about a certain odour problem, he had just changed into a fetching Gutshot button-down when it all went wrong.  Many foreign journalists had been asking me about him but sadly I know very little.

They are on the final break of the day now, and we just have one more session before we pack up for the night. I will check the blind levels & remaining players shortly.

We think Tim Pham still most likely to be leading on about 450,000
Anyone over 150,000 in very good shape

The blinds for the last session today will be 800-1,600. Don't know the antes, but they were 200 the previous level.

There are 684 players left, on 76 tables - according to "The Clock", though these tend to be a bit behind.

560 get paid, so the guys & gals are just beginning to smell the money.

The break has 2 minutes  and 32 seconds left. Before Jen tells you....

Hi,

Any chance of updating me on my Mate Mick Davis from Harlow? He is on Gary Bush's table 129, black shirt bald head, sponsored by Essex bookmakers Jennings. I have been there watching, but my feet are killing me and table 129 is in the middle of nowhere, spectator wise, so now back at the Gold Coast.

Hi robbybox, welcome to blonde.

OK, soon as the break is over, I will go and check out Mate Mick Davis. I was chatting to him thev last few days, great bloke, but I never knew who he was.

And MY plates are killing me too, dunno why, must be the carpet or summat.

Paul Zimbler, down to 8k & on fumes, doubled up to 16k via Bushy.

Sammy Fahra has 250k.

Tim Pham has 530k.

Graeme Harrison has 330k. I think he's the lad from 'ol reeky. (Imprressed with that, you Scots?).

Edgar - RAGDE - 115k

Neil Channing has 27k. Another crisis approaches for Bad Beat, but he's been dealing with them all day.

Andy Black just got a great coup, his JJ v A-9, for a full double up to 180,000.

Some big hand news now -

Nick Persaud was on the big blind when John Duthie raised from the button.  He made a move, pushing all-in with KQ.  Duthie called with A9hearts and when the flop came K K Q with no miracle he ended up with 55k.

Andy Black just won a massive pot with JJ vs (I think A9).  He now has 170,000 and was seen raking in a veritable mountain of small denomination chips, which are building into towers everywhere.  Annoying for the media to count, unstable for the players, but it looks great on TV.
