I am afraid I don't find it either funny nor a joke. Given that I had to phone Glasgow to find out who posted it puts it's context into doubt. It should have been clear that I was offended from the offset but no sincere apology was forthcoming, instead attempts were made to trivalise my offence. Insults made against me are treated like water off a ducks back but insults against my wife and kids will not be tolerated.

Davey, you more than most should know the policy and spirit of this forum, you have had an apology and if that hasnt pacified you then I dont know what will ??  perhaps you could leave the negativity off this thread though and pursue your grievances via pm to the original poster. everyone accepts that no malice or dissrespect was intended, jesus, me and tikay would need counselling if we got upset at every time someone had a dig at us !! take comments in the spirit of the place.
