Just saw (from the rail) Paul Zimbler double up.  Didn't see how much he had, but now he has twice that.  Details forthcoming.

Burnley John getting his moment of glory on the TV table - taking out Sam Farha and adding about 90,000 to his stack.  We estimate he's now on 250,000 or thereabouts.

Slight overestimation of John's stack - nearer the 200k mark but still good.  He says that Mr. Farha was all friendly until he saw that his stack was covered and then got a bit frosty... funny that.

Nugget - John says Hi.

Heard that Andy Black just got into some 3-way coup with AA and now has about 380,000.

Also Tiffany Williamson getting a bit of luck as her near all-in call with AQ vs AK hit runner runner for a flush and she now is among the chip leaders with 650,000 or more

Greg Amoils out in pretty grim fashion:  holding pocket 10s he saw a flop of 10 8 7 two clubs, one spade.  Somehow his opponent, when they went on their backs, had the J4spades.  Runner runner spades took him out and I caught up with him in the corridor where he was taking it well, but I have to agree with him when he says "That's not the way you want to go."

Bushy hanging in on a slightly-less-than-average 70,000.

People still dropping (there are now 291 left) and at this point anyone who exits receives $24,365.  There doesn't seem to be too much reluctance to get the chips in, however, I just saw this hand play out on Garry Bush's table:  UTG raises 12,000, the player to his left re-raises 26,000 more.  They fold to UTG who pushes all-in.  Call.  UTG has AKoff and guy next to him AQ.  AK holds up and now he has 100k.

According to Tikay, Nick Gibson is "chipped up."  Barry thinks he's out, but the concensus is about 300k

Barry Neville in the break down to 80k, after "some Cockney bloke with glasses" on his left called Barry's 7-high bluff on the turn with A high, and the 7-high bluff on the river with the pair of Aces he caught.  Can't help but think that despite not being able to see the table that bloke fits the description of Channing.

Mr. Kalmar on a 350,000 stack, and Andy Black hovering around 460,000.

Burnley John on about 150k and back to his old table out of the limelight.  "Shouldn't have knocked out Farha cause they moved us back."

Joe Beevers 110k
Neil Channing  100k

Just heard that they are going one and a half levels more tonight.  Seems reasonable if they're aiming to get around 200 for the start of tomorrow.

                                                    Barry from Sheffield OUT!

Also, Burnley John OUT just now with A10 which reraised a raiser (who passed) but ran into Kings.

I reckon they are both probably in the $28,375 prize band, but even at the lowest estimate they take $24,365 for their efforts.
