Lovely stuff, thanks. I'm taking a 5 minute break from replying to an endless pile of e-mails to look on in admiration at what you two are up to.

Jen, did you reply to Woody? He wanted to "link" us to his Norweigan site. I'm cool with that if you are.

Monty Burns sat next to Boy Band Ulliott? Luverly........

So none of the BIg Names - I mean REAL big names - are playing until tomorrow then?

PS - I'm playing tomorrow.

Great stuff, thoroughly enjoying watching from home for a change.

OK, back to the e-mails. Groan.......

You need a PA.

Attn WOODY and our NORWEGIAN FRIENDS

Feel free to link up - there are a few scattered gents whom Britt has been pointing out and we can give them some coverage.  It looked like Torstein was down a bit near the beginning, but knowing him he's just warming up.

Story from Red-Dog's table:  after the river, seat 3 checked, seat 4 bets 700.  Seat 3 calls and shows.... only the nuts!

Red enquires as to why on earth anyone would do such a thing - answer "he's my friend."  Is there no end to this sort of thing?  Sad

OK the players are returning which can mean only one thing - Chip Count Hour!

Or five minutes.   Bear with us.  I leave you with a picture of Joe Grech looking a bit intimidating, giving the dealer a staredown.

Just to clear up why Ben is Updating instead of Jen's usual partner-in-crime, sloppy.

Our super-dooper site re-launches on Monday, & poor slippy has a mountain of work to get through to get it sorted by then, so he'd decided to miss out on this occasion.

As we owed Ben (aka Sunday@8pm) an Update, as he tried to help in Deauvile, despite being really most unwell, & did his best to hang in there despite feeling like death. He's having  bit of a thin time right now, so this was an opportunity to thank him for Deauville, & get him in amongst the big-time poker atmo, which I know he misses so much.

blonde are very lucky in this respect. Flushy did a wow of a job in Monte Carlo - he will be back, assuming he wants to - and Maria (Chili) will soon join the Team, plus great Updates have been done by Tighty, Heid, Dingdell, Poppet, & Jonathan Rabb is always on hand as blonde's version of the fifth Beatle - we have much to thank Jonthan for, we really do.

Add in the one & only sonopy, and, if things get really desperate, yours truly, & the future looks blonde.

But the blonde Dream Team remains Jen & spoony. They will return!

they give a 20 minute penalty here in the states for stuff like that

Seat 4 would only play to the max time per hand.

Brian, sadly it's almost unheard of for Cardroom Managers in the UK to issue penaltiers, or indeed do anything about, these sort of incidents.

I take the a balnced view on the matter - shoot them, I say, SHOOT THEM.

I say name and shame them at the very least.

Yes, here are some more Scandinavian style chip counts:

Torstein Iversen       13,400
Dan Pedersen          13,100
Peter Davidsen         8,700

And I saw Mads Andersen in the hallway earlier but we can't find him - assume he's playing tomorrow rather than played and disappeared already.
