Just noticed: if DC wins this event, he will break through the $2,000,000 barrier in the Hendon Mob's total tournament prize money listings.

And Colin Kennedy is the 9th place finisher, winning £5,000

It was Bambos again, on a roll, this time with  who took out Mr. Kennedy's  .  All in preflop, and not quite the clash we saw coming, but dramatic nonetheless.

Ben bokked him with his picture.

And Bambos has rocketed up in chips (near 500k) at this late stage.  Well, the final table is the right time to do it..

Well played Colin, not that he'll ever see this as he is not in favour of PC's.

But lovely to see my old buddy who has been an excellent player for many years now, have a nice result.

Interesting to see that Sunday night tourney at Stars 3 years ago had a $60k prize pool and now all the Sunday tourneys irrespective of buyin are guaranteed $1million. Lets hope I can win one in 3 years time!

Huge hand just builds up Jan again, while putting Bambos right down to the felt...

Bambos raised 100k, Jan pushed it all in and Bambos called with  , perhaps because of who it was he was up against.
But Jan had

The board:  three diamonds .

So with less than 30k, Bambos is going to have to just chuck them in and hope to double up in the next couple of hands.
