Due to work and other stresses, hardy eaten for last two weeks, just over stone and a half gone, disappeared. I now it'll came back if I am not careful.

What was the diet Tikay?
I'm curious because the only way i lose weight is to stop eating and i know that ain't a good thing lol

Starvation, almost.....
ONE meal a day - a GIANT home-made Spag Bol, (lean mince), much as anyone can eat, & 2 or 3lb of Grapes. Daily. NOTHING ELSE. Oh, & 3 or 4 cups of tea, with sweeteners.
