Kill Phil teaches an incredibly aggessive strategy

I have heard that this book plays up aggression, but haven't actually read it, so can't really comment further.

However, I think maybe 'how do I become more aggressive?' is not the question you should be asking Tracey. It should be more along the lines of 'how can I better pick up on weakness in my opponents?' If you do this, then the aggression will naturally follow as you will start to focus your game on the cards your opponent doesn't have, rather than the cards you hold.

Watching the Monkey perfect the tight aggressive image on stars.

Thank you for the kind, complimentary words Nakor - the £5 i promised is being sent by monkey express post this afternoon.

However I believe you have missed the word "trying" out of the above sentence!! who knows, one day i may perfect it - but then there probably isnt one person on the forum who can say they've "prefected the game of poker".

Thats why its such fun Smiley

I have perfected the game of loosing poker.it's been a long journey but I'm good at it now!

Hi Dingell, there is a very simple way to ensure that you play aggressive which I have tried but never seem to stick to,. Basically to NEVER CALL pre-flop, on the flop or turn. You Raise, Re-Raise or Fold. For example, if you have 22 and want to play it, you must Raise or Re-Raise or Fold. It makes decisions really easy and always ask the question to your opponents. Try it, Nick played the system throughout the Vic Club £1500 and finished 4th. Whenever I play it I do well, but I end up sliding into calling raises to see flops instead of sticking to it.

I did the same thng a few times Rob, with remarkable success. But my bottle seems to go as the comp buy-in gets bigger. But yes, Raise or Pass worked for me.

We are talking "Live" here though, it does not work Online during the early stages of an MTT, you'd get 7 callers! Better to limp & see what happens from there, as a half-decent player can outplay opponents Online easier.
