What can I say - after asking for advice on aggressive play I did what I was told and won the £100 freezeout at Luton last night. Played to the end, no deals, I could sense the weakness in my opponent (thanks Rob) and wasn't dealing.
The good news:
The upside is I reraised (which I am dreadful at doing) and got people off monster hands against me - one guy put down queens against my A when I put him all in, and my more aggressive style meant that people thought I was at it and 2 people called my all ins with Aces......

I also didn't fold when my bb was raised half as much as I normally do.
My J 8 would normally have gone in the muck, I called the raise and faced a flop of J J 7, a nice check got me all his chips and an opportunity to see his A 10 which didn't perform.
Another raise and I would have folded my pocket 9's (I know I am a tight player) but this time I called - I could feel the 9 on the flop and there it was. I got as much as I could from his pocket aces, and as he called my bet on the river and saw my cards he said "I knew that was what you had". I didn't ask him why he had called - I was too busy counting my chips

4 handed on the final table and I cover the entire remaining players stack - I bullied and played like a person who was in control of their cards.
I'm £2k better off.
The bad news:
I have had less than 4 hours sleep, I have a full day at the bottom clinic, and 8 hours is a long time to talk about poo.....

Thank you everyone for your advice - it was like a door opening last night into another world of poker.......
