This had me laughing so hard to myself I had to share it! Basically, I told the others what I had *ahem* and they believed me.

doublenate makes a standard raise utg

I had  in mid position and call

Flop was

doublenate bets and I raise.

Here's the chat:

Dealer: River10, it's your turn. You have 15 seconds to act
Dealer: Player River10 has requested TIME
doublenate: i have AK
Dealer: doublenate, it's your turn. You have 15 seconds to act
swordpoker: AQ
River10: aj
Dealer: Game #4799014562: swordpoker wins pot (2450)
Dealer: Limits going up: blinds 75/150
swordpoker: ;o)

Also, a bonus! I had AK the very next hand and they all thought I was at it:

Dealer: MadImpulse, it's your turn. You have 15 seconds to act
Dealer: MadImpulse has a pair of Kings
Dealer: swordpoker has two pair, Aces and Kings
Dealer: Game #4799022030: swordpoker wins pot (11055) with two pair, Aces and Kings
Dealer: MadImpulse finished the tournament in 9th place

I love poker!

Oops! Did you really need to go all-in though? Any pocket pair has you beat too.

This play should be on poker bloopers of the yeah, definately a contender, not sure what going all in is going to achieve, or were the blinds huge at the time?

There was a debate a wee while ago and someone said it's only cheating if you tell the truth.

Nah, it can't be. It's not exactly my normal practice. I only did it because he said what his hand was first. Maybe he was cheating then?

Whilst the rules vary from one B&M casino to another with some allowing it and some penalizing it heavily it is usually not permitted on most online sites as they could view it as collusion. By talking about your hand whilst it is still in play you run the risk of being investigated by the site you play on and if it turns out you show a profit on a hand by resorting to methods like this then you run the risk of having the account frozen.
