Dear All,

I have cleared this with the mods first.

I’m looking for your honest opinions on these Harlem Shuffle t-shirts. I do not want to use this forum to spam therefore I have posted this before the website is officially launched and the t-shirts go on sale. I will not post again so if anyone is interested in being kept up to date they can contact me direct and I will keep you informed.

I am more interested in having your opinions just to get a feeling if the t-shirts will sell or not. At the moment there are only four designs shown on the site but there are many more to come.

I realise that other people have done something similar on this forum but I am not in competition with them. The type of designs are completely different and if anyone thinks I’m stepping on their shoes I will delete this thread immediately.

So if you would be so kind and let me know what you think, the address is: www.harlemshuffle.co.uk

Thanks,

HS

Look really good, but they do need to be a high quality t-shirt imo (not the normal fruit loom type), or maybe even the worn/distressed type like superdry etc.

If you have any questions I'd be happy to help. You're right, the designs are nothing like what I'm doing so it's not direct competition. PM me if I can help in any way.

one thing I will say, dispite the size of the poker market, don't over estimate the size of the poker CLOTHING market. If it wasn't for the fact they were my shirts and I am a walking billboard, I doubt I'd wear a poker Tshirt.

I think the fact that poker is "fashionable" at the moment, and also t-shirts are also fashionable if done correctly, means that your potential market is much bigger.

I can confirm that Harlem Shuffle "cleared this" with me, & I discussed it with the Mods, before he Posted.

Our dilemma was that we had already supported Adam's shirt venture, but Harlem assured us his initiative was not in direct competition.

We did have some concerns (not specific to Harlem Shuffle) that it would "open the floodgates" & everyone would end up spamming their business. But, on reflection, we felt we owe it to "regular & solid" blondes to support them all, & equally. In both cases, they were "start-ups", and I'm convinced that it's only right & proper that we look after our own, as it were.

As an unrelated side-issue, blonde are pressing ahead with plans to sell blonde merchandise via a "shop", mostly clothing. In fact, a photo-shoot took place yesterday, with a rather demure young lady  - a blonde, of course - wearing blonde apparel. I'm not involved - at all - with that side of things, & have no desire to be, but we do need to get our act together on it I think.

Thanks again Tikay and the rest of you for your comments.

Like I said above, I will not be posting another thread on here when the site is up and running as I do not want to use this forum to spam or compete with the others. I will offer any help to Adam, or anyone else for that matter, if I can, and Adam has kindly done the same for me.

If anyone is interested in the t-shirts or would like to be kept up to date with new designs I will do this through PM or email so that not to spam the forum. At the moment I am grateful of any comments that anyone may have, good or bad.

Thank you.
