I'm stepping in the ring tomorrow for the first time in about 9 years. Last time I fought in a ring I was a relative novice and although I've taken part in friendly comps on a mat it's not the same as stepping through the ropes. The other big difference is this time I'm the instructor and aswell as worrying about my own fight I'm cornering 5 students in their first fights. I think I'm more nervous about that part than my own fight.

good luck adam A pal of mine used to train me in kickboxing a few years ago in a small private gym he has done quite good for himself lex easdon i think he is still world champion have fun thats the main point  |
