Hello all! This is Ed from Nottingham, I've been reading the forum for a while so thought I would try doing a post. I think there is some interesting stuff here esp. Rob Yong's post about the new club. (good luck btw)

Nice to see you in the £100 last night TK- hard luck on having your 82o cracked to get knocked out (lol!)

I finished 16th, was a bit gutted, does anyone have the results?

Cheers.

Ed! At last!

Good to see you have come on board.

For those that don't know Ed, he's early twenties, good-looking, cool sorta lad. Formidable opponent, & good guy. He has strong principles, won't be pushed around, & is much respected in Notts, in both Tourneys & Comps.

Sorry, I don't know last night's Notts result, as Ed kindly reminds me, I had something of a train crash, when I ran into not one but TWO big hands with my 8-2 off. These things happen, it's a timing thing.

If anyone is at Notts tonight & sees the Sunday night results, please make a note of them & Post them on here.

Around 60 runners last night - so, much better than last month's 30 odd, & some decent players too - including most of family Chili - Pete Costa, Kim Costa (one of my fave players & peeps of all time), Greg Hill, Chris Bruce, Lucky Jim Moult, & plenty others, but most of the Sheffield boys were missing, & I did not see any of the Walsall crew either.

I shared a table with Ed last night, & that's always fun - Ed is a "proper" player (does not need hands to play) & he & I had our usual duel.  3-0 to him last night I seem to recall.

Anyway, good to see you Ed!
