On Monday September 24th, Dusk Till Dawn will be in the docks to defend themselves at the Magistrates' Court. Their crime? Trying to launch a live venue run by poker players for poker players and structured in such a way that caters for the customer rather than the pocket of the owner.
However, that might seem straight forward on paper, but every court case needs a defense, and as such you can help DTD by having your say at the court hearing. If DTD can prove that there is sufficient demand for opening a cardroom outside the casino environment, then they will triumph in the court case and finally launch the long awaited Dusk Till Dawn Club.
This is where you come in. Simply click HERE to be directed to the forum where you are invited to post your views. Simply start your post with "I would like to play at Dusk Till Dawn because..." and tell us and, more importantly, the Magistrates, exactly what you think. Of course, on the flipside, you may have contrasting views to the masses. If this is the case, then commence your message with "I would not like to play at Dusk Till Dawn because..." Either way, this is your chance to speak out and influence the upcoming courtcase.
Feel free to post anonymously or, alternatively, leave your name, occupation and location at the end of your message. At the end of the week, Rob Yong will supply the Magistates' Court with your unedited comments.
