Nottingham-based poker club Dusk Till Dawn, the first legal poker club in the UK, will be opening its doors for the first time on November 29th. The schedule is yet to be fully confirmed, however, all tournaments on offer will be freeze outs, no re-buys and there will be a £500 tournament to celebrate the opening of the club on Saturday 1st December. Online satellites for the opening tournament will be available on DTDPoker over the coming months.
The club will initially open Thursday-Sunday from 6pm-4am and will gradually increase its opening times as we recruit more staff. Current projections are to increase by an additional day every three months although this will naturally depend on the growth of the workforce.
Owner Rob Yong says “We are now completely focused on recruiting and training good quality people to work at the club and will only open 7 days a week once we have these people in place. We want to ensure that every single player who visits the club receives the highest level of service from the minute they walk in to the minute they leave”.
