November's league in conjunction with Dusk Till Dawn was a great success and saw a total of 89 players taking part over the course of the month. The support has been fantastic so thank you to each and every one of you that took part - it's very satisfying when you try and put on events for the members and they embrace the idea and support what we are trying to do on blonde. Also I have to thank DTD for sponsoring the league and adding a very healthy £1,000 in DTD vouchers to be split between the top 5 players in the league.

The results of the league are as follows:

5th = 350z -- £100 in DTD Vouchers
      - a new player on blonde and a welcome addition to the forum

4th = WinalotFred  -- £150 in DTD Vouchers
      - the quiet man - well played, sir

3rd = Madasahatstand -- £200 in DTD Vouchers
      - 3 wins in this league, impressive stuff from one of blonde's consistent supporters

2nd = Bluffer -- £300 in DTD Vouchers
      - this man is a league specialist, always there or there abouts in every blonde league. Superb stuff

And the winner, who collects DTD Vouchers to the tune of £500 AND the title of blonde/DTD NOVEMBER LEAGUE WINNER is ... drum roll please ...

NEWPORT LAD

- a richly deserved victory, 5 final table appearances, remarkable consistency and a perfect example of league format play.

Moving onto December, the league will consist of just 2 events: 1 x $40 freezeout on blonde & 1 x $40 freeze-out on DTD - same spend as November, but only 2 competitions and should be a nice prize pool just in time for Christmas treats.

Scoring will be calculated by adding your finishing positions in both competitions, and you would have to play both events to qualify for the added prizes. In the event of a tie, the person with the highest finishing position would be declared the winner. In the event of a tie after that, the added prize money will be split between the tied players.

We will announce the dates of the two events in the first week of December so remember to keep checking the forum for details.
