At Ladbrokes we know that poker lobby is most important to you – and we are now delighted to give you different versions to suit your requirements. You can set your own lobby view from 3 options depending on your preferences and level of play.
Simply click on the ‘menu’ button, and then ‘change lobby view’ in order to select from the following:
Quick Play
If you are new to poker, this “Quick Lobby” is the best lobby for you. You can quickly and easily select the type of game you want to play, whether it is a Cash Game, a Sit & Go (STT), or a Multi Table Tournament (MTT), and then start playing. Quick, simple and easy to use!
Advanced view
The “Advanced View” lobby is fully customisable so that you only view tables that are exactly what you are looking for. Select your stakes and game types and only those tables that meet your criteria will be displayed. If you know exactly what you are looking for, this lobby is perfect for you!
Tree view
The “Tree View Lobby” is very clean and easy to use. The tabs down the left hand side allow you to choose the type of game or tournament you want to play, and expands to reveal more options and all the available tables. Just choose your options, select your table and start playing!
Auto Rebuy or Addon
Already know what you are going to do in a rebuy tournament? Know your game and want the software to keep up with your thoughts? We now offer a simple and effective way to configure your rebuy tournaments to allow you an auto rebuy and addon function that will increase your game play and let you focus on your cards.
Auto Rebuy and Add-on functionality is included on the tournament Buy-in dialog box. The Auto Rebuy functionality from the table is updated and Auto Add-on functionality is added to the table.
Blinds and Antes
Ever wondered what is like to play like the Pros on TV - to enjoy playing with the extra decisions and subtleties of antes in a cash game environment? We can now offer you cash tables with the added spice of antes just to mix up the game and challenge you that little bit further.
Blinds and Antes are now available for cash games and not just Multi-Table Tournaments.
Single Hand Tournaments
Missed the last qualifier to a tournament you really wanted to play?
Not quite enough money to play a larger buy in tournament, but think you have the skills to mix it with the best?
Bankroll and time short but the willing is there?
Once again here at Ladbrokes we listened to our players and have introduced single hand tournaments. Just one hand and you’re in!
Single-handed tournaments are a new type of tournament where only a single hand is played with Players going all-in for the hand. Since all Players are all-in every hand, all pocket cards are dealt face up for everyone to see. An example of this format is scheduling a single-handed MTT ten minutes prior to the start of a large tournament with one in every ten Players winning a seat to the tournament.
Quick Banking
We strive to make your poker experience with us as smooth as possible. To this end we have introduced our quick banking system that lets you bring your money to the table easier and quicker than ever before. No more delays while you deposit and have to leave the table, no longer will you miss your hands and enjoyment of the game.
To enable you to deposit money into your poker account directly from the table, a new Bank button is added to the Poker table. Clicking this button opens a Quick Banking Transaction screen that enables you to deposit money into your account without having to launch the full Banking application.
New Colours in the chat box
Ever wondered who it is talking? The chat box can be confusing at times especially to a new player. We at Ladbrokes strive for clarity and to that end we have colour coded managers and celebrities for easy identification.
Ladbrokes Only Tournaments
Now we can help you identify when you are only playing against Ladbrokes players. In our Lobby we now provide a private tournament area where our Ladbrokes only tournaments, both in our Sit and Go lobby and Multi Table tournament Lobby.
Auto Registration For Sit & Go's
If you are a player who likes Sit & Go tournaments, wants to play more and doesn’t like waiting for them to fill and start - we have a solution that speeds up the start of the tournaments and gets you into them faster. Ladbrokes new way of allowing auto registration for Sit & Go tournaments improves the speed at which they fill and makes it smoother for you to continue straight into another event.
At the end of a Sit & Go, a Player you can be prompted to play in another similar Sit & Go of the same format: Game Type / Buy-In Amount / Number of seats / Currency.
Buddy List Notification
Ever had a good friend change their alias and you can’t find them again? Buddies disappearing and players losing their friends, we listened, designed and developed what we are sure our players will find a very useful tool to avoid this disappointment.
How to find your buddies in three simple steps:
- Go to the main Poker Lobby, click on the buddies button in the left hand navigation
- Enter buddy alias (even if they have changed their alias, it will still find them with the old one), click 'add buddy'
- Wait for your buddy to add you!
Promotions page
At Ladbrokes we have some great events and promotions. We want to give you value, fun and unique community events that suit your taste and pocket. But what good are they if you don’t know about them? Now we have reintroduced our promotions page in the lobby. Simply click on the red button on the bottom of the lobby view.
