Recent Software Problems at Dusk Till Dawn Online Poker

 Following a recent software update on Boss, we have experienced several problems with the Online Poker software, which some of our players have been affected by. 

On behalf of the team at Dusk Till Dawn, I’d like to offer our deepest apologies for these issues, as well as a thank you to those of you that have relayed your experiences and feedback, enabling us to look into the problems quickly. 

Nevertheless, we fully appreciate your frustrations and annoyance and think it’s important that we take responsibility for these issues.

We will be holding an Online Satellite on Boxing Day, to hopefully go some way in compensating for the recent problems.  This is something that has been decided and funded by Dusk Till Dawn.

All of our online players are welcome to play it.  Winners can choose to either play the Super50 Event at Dusk Till Dawn on Monday 3rd January, or take a cash alternative of €50 into their poker accounts.
