Now something for the Cash Game players!...

Following the September launch of the Final Table Challenge for our tournament players, we have designed a similar rewards programme that’s tailored specifically for our Cash Game players. Cash Game Bonus will commence on Saturday October 1st 2011. The rules are very simple:
1. We log your play
Each time you join or leave a Cash Game at Dusk Till Dawn your membership card will be swiped and your hours of play logged.
2. We turn your hours of play into Cash Game Points
Your Cash Game hours will be multiplied by a factor based on the level of game you played. This sum will give you your Cash Game Points total which you can then use to claim your Cash Game Bonus.
Big Blind Factor
£1 x 1.00
£2 x 1.25
£5+ x 1.5
3. You use your Cash Game Points to claim your bonus
You have from the first to the last day of each calendar month to play and accumulate points. The Cash Game Bonuses are as follows:
Cash Game Points Bonus Value
25 - 49 Super 50 Seat £58
50 - 74 2 x Super 50 Seats £116
75 - 99 Six Max High Roller Seat £168
100 -149 Deepstack £336
150 - 199 2 X Deepstack £672
200+ Monte Carlo £1,090
Here’s an example:
In one calendar month a player does:
15 hours of £0.50-£1 NL
45 hours of £1-£2 NL
& 20 hours of £5-£5 Dealers Choice
15 hours x 1.00 = 15 points
45 hours x 1.25 = 56.25 points
20 hours x 1.50 = 30 points
Total Hours = 80
Total Points = 101.25
Bonus = £300 + £36 Deepstack seat
Live Poker Director, Simon Trumper, comments on the new programme
“I have always wanted to reward our regular tournament and cash game players for their loyalty, ironically the outcome from meetings about reducing overlays has given me this opportunity. Each time we have an overlay, it not only costs us the cash to make up the difference, we then have additional staffing costs as well as reductions in other revenues such as food and drinks. The Final Table Challenge rewards loyal tourney players with seats into our weekend events. This means the club is busier, there’s a higher chance we’ll have bigger prizepools which more players are attracted to, thus resulting in additional revenue and reduced overlays for the club. It is also much better for the club to be busier on weekends even if we have given some of the seats away. We would much rather this than just keep missing guarantees.
I am delighted that we are going to expand our loyalty programme to our cash game players. The Cash Game Bonus promotion is a simple reward scheme that has a multiplication factor built in to recognise that more cash game revenue is produced as the blinds increase. The idea is that on our weekend events we have more cash game players / increased liquidity which should ultimately generate extra revenue to reduce our overlays.
In an ideal world, both the Final Table Challenge and Cash Game Bonus will increase revenues to the point that our overlays are offset, this will allow us to maintain the guarantees that the players love, regardless of time of year or whether we clash with other poker events. Sticking to high guarantees whatever the circumstances has become a trademark of Dusk Till Dawn. Maintaining the £100K guarantee on our monthly 300 Deepstack is particularly important to us so we’re hoping that our new programmes will help to achieve this.
Please note: From Tuesday 4th October 2011, Dusk Till Dawn will be opening 6 days a week, Tuesday tournaments will be £15 FO and £50 FO, this is to enable players to take full advantage of both promotions. It is our intention to be a full 7 day operation by the end of 2011 including opening at 1pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
