What is your BlondePoker username?

See thread title for a clue.

Which area do you live in?

London, near Kings Cross, but originally from Edinburgh

What is your marital status?

Unmarried, live with girlfriend (most of the time)

Do you have any children and/or pets?

No kids yet. One day...  No pets, had a hamster a few  years ago but it died a horrible and cruel death after getting trapped in a wall, so no more pets for now.

When did you start playing poker?

1999

Where can you be found playing live?

Not many places, as I cannot play in any Grosvenor's due to also working as a freelancer for Blue Square/Grosvenor. Occasionally at the Gutshot and other non-Grosvenor casinos.

What is your favourite online site?

It's hard for me to say anything other than Blue Square, but I like Party and Betfair too.

What is your handle there?

Don't play on Blue Square due to working for them, as that would be immoral, but on most other sites, see thread title for a clue.

What is the harshest beat you have inflicted on an opponent?

Can't remember, but it must have been bad, given what he said to me afterwards...

Who are your poker heroes?

Whatever happened to those heroes? No more heroes anymore.

Who is your best friend in poker?

Hard to say, I have so many people I consider good friends in poker, but probably Jamie Reeve (jamier-host), a colleague from Blue Square.

What are your greatest accomplishments in poker?

Not an awful lot. Once won a charity poker tournament dressed as a werewolf. Won the £30,000 guaranteed on Betfair last year and got 3rd the following week. But probably the accomplishments I am most proud of are not do with playing poker at all, but are more to do with my work. I created a new format for a short handed poker tournament called 'Poker 6' and the first event earlier this year was a great success. I have been instrumental in getting sponsorship deals for two very talented players - Mickey Wernick and JP Kelly. Hopefully more achievements that I am proud of are just around the corner.

What is your most embarrassing moment in poker?

Dropping a trophy during a presentation to JP Kelly, when he won a festival event in Luton. There were two tables of cash games nearby who saw the whole thing and I doubt I'll ever be allowed to forget it. Only last week I overheard Neil Channing telling the story to someone else, so it still has some mileage left in it.

Which Blondepoker thread did you enjoy the most?

The Sponsorship deal for Colchester Kev wind up that fooled so many people, even those who were aware it was April Fool's day.

The thing I love most about BlondePoker is?

Logging on and seeing who's online, then catching up with all the latest posts.

My biggest pet hate in poker is?

Unneccessary rubdowns. Sometimes rubdowns are OK if someone is getting their comeuppence, but some of the unprovoked stuff I have seen has no place in poker.

What are your main interests outside poker?

Documentary films, writing and other forms of gambling.

Tell us something about yourself none of us would know.

That would be telling.

What is your favourite pie filling?

Chicken and mushroom

Who is your favourite singer?

Robert Love (Alabama 3)

What is your favourite song?

'You Can't Always Get What You Want' The Rolling Stones.

Who is your ideal man or woman?

None

What is your favourite holiday destination?

Las Vegas

If I could change one thing about myself I would?

Do more regular exercise.
