To prove that it's not over 'til the big-boned lass sings, SonOfZeus has shocked his fellow competitors by winning 2 blonde poker league comps in a row, subsequently throwing himself into second place in the league.
More commonly known as thetank, Thomas Stott has now picked up points in five events, but it wasn't until last Monday that he really started to shine, collecting 420 points for his victory in the $10 Bounty Freezeout, before winning yet again in last night's $3 Pot Limit Omaha Rebuy for another 270 points - a quite remarkable feat I'm sure you'll agree, and that's not to mention the 300 in spondoolies that he has accrued for taking down those two comps.
And, as a result, thetank has now become a real threat to --bluffer's reign at the top of the leaderboard, now just 207 points behind.
Of course, with 4 events left to play, it really is anyone's game. Both mikkyTBPL (3rd - 899 points) and Stabla001 (4th - 892) are playing well and there's no reason why the likes of Graham0573 (5th - 668), foxxster (6th - 648) and Delboy (7th - 565) can't take top honours, especially with so many points still up for grabs. In fact, it's still possible for someone who isn't even yet placed in the league to win the whole damn thing!
But with thetank in such sizzling hot form, would he be a good bet for the bPL3 or can --bluffer (below) hold off the chasing pack? Only time will tell, but make sure you give yourself the 
best possible chance of being our prestigious winner. The bragging rights alone will be worth the effort!
