Although the Chattha's are clearly a force to be reckoned with, winning this event wasn't going to be easy peasy. With Matt Tyler, Joe Grech (left), JP Kelly and Mickey Wernick (Blue Square would have been gleaming) all making appearances, this was quite possibly the toughest ever line-up for a Main Event final:
Mark Greenwood -- 67,000
Mickey Wernick -- 61,000
Sunny Chattha -- 232,000
Chaz Chattha -- 328,000
JP Kelly -- 198,000
Niamh Peters -- 107,000
Matt Tyler -- 234,000
Maz Nawab -- 142,000
Joe Grech -- 274,000
What is perhaps even more surprising is that the final could have held even more familiar faces, as Jon 'Skalie' Kalmar and Sid Harris, both of whom hold pretty impressive records, were both chipped up for some time, but eventually fell with two tables remaining, Sid Harris being the unfortunate bubbler when his K-Q ran into Matt Tyler's A-J.

Mrs Peters was then followed by Mazhar Nawab (K-Q vs A-Q), Matt Tyler (Q-Q vs A-K) and Mark Greenwood (3-3 vs T-T) who finished 8-6th for £4,900, £6,600 and £8,200 respectively.
Five left and the Chatthas were standing firm, but hotly pursued by the likes of the ever-consistent Mickey Wernick (who had eliminated both Nawab and Greenwood), with JP Kelly and Joe Grech not too far behind.
But it was to be Joe who took 5th spot when he encountered Chaz, who regained his chip lead off his brother, Sunny. Joe, who had 70k left, moved all-in with K-J and was quickly called by the A-5 of Chaz. A blank board and we had another exit, but one which was cushioned by £10,700 in spondoolies.
And once JP Kelly had snapped up 4th (T-8 vs Chaz's Pocket Tens) and Mickey Wernick 3rd (K-J vs Chaz's A-5), Mother Chattha had her dream final, a Chattha Chattha guarenteed one two with a prize

Smiling from ear to ear, it was the younger of the two brothers, Sunny, who would ultimately take top honours, first doubling through with Q-9 vs T-7 on a board of 4-8-K-9, and then 6-4 vs J-4 on a board of 6-4-2-T.
Game, set and match and all we were left with was a whole lot of Chattha. Well done to both men for achieving an incredible feat, but especially to Sunny who not only took the trophy home, but also the comedy cheque for £48,900.
