With 2007 reaching a gentle canter, the Blonde Poker horse has set out the blocks with a firecracker up its ass. And so have Victor Chandler, who have become the latest cardroom to make that highly anticipated transition over to Playtech. Numbers on the soon to be defunct Tribeca have expectantly dwindled somewhat due to the loss of Victor Chandler players, but don't fear, this is simply a result of the current circumstances. As our cardroom manager, Aaron 'The Baron' Cardoso said in a recent forum post:

"Hi all,

At the moment we are expecting to go to Playtech on March 15th although this is about the 4th date I've been given thus far and could well change again. I will keep you posted. We are in negatioations with Tribeca to move sooner than the 15th so please bear with us.

VC is moving accross today and the range of games available will be greatly affected by Tribeca's loss of players as large skins go. Especially at some of the bigger stakes.

All signs from the new network are good. There were two 10/20 NL games available at 4PM today, so at peak time after all the skins move accross there should be a very good choice of games at every level.

One final note is that Ipoints will be worth less monetarily than Action Points so please be sure to cash in your action points before the move so that you don't lose out.

Thanks for your patience. Hopefully we'll have you all accross sooner rather than later.

Aaron"

These are exciting times for Blonde Poker, so make sure you stay with the party as we move over to Playtech.

Good luck at the tables!
