How do I upgrade?
To move to the new network, you will need to click on the existing Poker icon on your desktop and a new version of the poker client will automatically install. You just need to accept the revised terms and conditions and it will complete the installation. You'll find your account automatically created on the new software with all your relevant information transferred over. It's as simple as that!
How do I login? Will my username be the same?
You will be asked to enter a username and password. The username is your usual poker screen name.
Will my password be the same?
You will need to login with your Real Account Password. This is the password you selected on the convert to real registration page, the same password which you currently use when requesting withdrawals. This may differ from your screen name password if you opted not to use the same password when creating your real account.
What if I forgot my Real Account Password?
No Problem! The login box will provide a Forgotten Password feature that you can use to reset your password after answering a simple security question. A temporary password (that should be changed once logged in) will be emailed and you will be able to logon in no time!
What about my Action Points?
To help you celebrate with us, we are going to convert your Action Points into REAL CASH to get you started on the new software!!
