I think the outcome of the tourny is the real deciding factor as to whether it was a good fold or not, i personally would have at least called though.

Funny i was playing one of the $5 extended's earlier and almost exactly the same thing happened, i raise with 10 10 and get min reraised.
I actually typed in the chatbox "AA?" and called, the flop was low and the original reraiser milked me with 2 rediculously low bets...................
Needless to say i couldn't not call and indeed he had AA, i then typed into the chatbox "i'm an idiot" much to the amusement of the blondes on the table
Really difficult not to call those bets even when you KNOW you're behind.
