Would suggest betting on both Mercier and Danzer for SCOOP player of the year out of all the pros (just to be top stars pro in the leaderboard)

Most of the other are drawing dead

The rest simply will play too low or not play mixed games. Mercier will play every event, all the mixed games etc, I think he should be closer to evens.

Katchklov could be as short as tens imo. I think your right about Mercier. Can't get on myself for some reason.

Think Danzer was on EPTLive saying that him and Jason have a POTY bet, too.

Anyone following the Greyhound Derby which commences at 7.25pm this evening?

I've had a couple of small dabbles and my own personal best bet of the evening is:

Toolmaker Scot in the 8.26pm at a working man's price(9/2) to beat the odds-on jolly.

Good luck to any other doggers out there, you know who you are.

Can still get 5-2 Minding WAR for the Derby, which is crazy. Listen is definitely better off in the fillies department this year.

Oddschecker down upgrade, bleugh.

Premier League Darts update

Wright wins easily 7-1. Great start to the night for me personally and a nice touch for the thread.

I do agree.  Don't get the US Army Ranger price at all.  The horse has been unimpressive in both its races so far.  It seemed a barmy price before and still does.  I do think they would prefer to have a stallion prospect win the Derby, so WAR is definitely the way forward.

I wouldn't mind but most of the slips I see are just scribbled rubbish. How they decipher them I'll never know. I write all mine out beautifully, in long hand, leaving no room for any misinterpretation and they just stare at the slip and then at one another and then at me.

Ms. Tig lost 3-6, 4-6 to Ms. Stosur.
Stosur was more consistent than she usually is and Tig was a little subdued.
Stosur won 2/4 break points and Tig won 0/6.

Shucks.

Early thoughts on Premier League Darts tonight

http://www.oddschecker.com/darts/premier-league/james-wade-v-peter-wright/winner

Wright has been inconsistent this season due to him messing about with his darts. In his interview last week he openly admitted it was a mistake and he wouldn't be doing it again. He beat Taylor and drew 6-6 with Anderson scoring the most 180s on the night.

He plays Wade tonight. I am firmly in the Arb camp here in that Wade can only win when someone else plays poorly. His average is consistently several points below the top boys and although his finishing is solid he cannot win when the others play well. 11/10 is a standout price for me.

Unless anyone else has strong opinions, I Recommend £50 on Wright @ 11/10 if we have accounts that will oblige.

Nice work Hutch, thanks.

Super 18 Rugby.
Kick-off 10:45am
Brumbies v Bulls
Anytime tryscorer: Stephen Moore

The price doesn't seem to reflect the fact that Moore is the designated man to take the ball at the back of the maul from line-outs (if memory serves correctly).

Recommend £20 at 4/1 SportingBet
(Has been matched at 3.3 and 3.15 on Betfair.)

Which team do you like to win it Tighty? I think Mumbai have ridden out a tough start and seem to have a good balance to their team. Rohit looks in great nick, I have always thought Rayadu was under-rated and they have the firepower in the middle order (Buttler, Pollard). McClenaghan is the leading wicket taker currently and works great in tandem with Southee (if they continue to select him!).

KKR look good as well (What a player Russell is in this format) and are the obvious threat but Narine's change of action (and therefore potency) is a huge blow to them. Gujaret look frail if they lose early wickets and I remain to be convinced by Delhi's youngsters.

Any value here? Some great cricket tipsters on here and would appreciate some thoughts.

not sure there is much value at the moment, there certainly was before it started (KKR were 8-1)

mumbai maybe at the prices, not just mcclenaghan but bumrah too

there is a big advantage finishing top two in the table as they play off first, winner goes straight through to the final
