Then the whole cycle/game starts over again with new candidates picked by Jack this time!

It's a constant game played to keep MiB on the island.

If he gets all candidates to kill each other, he wins an gets to leave island, if they all die but one, that one person becomes the new Jacob and keeps MiB on island and starts the game all over again!

yeah we used to get stuff months if not years after the americans, i imagine they had to change it when we started watching them on the internet. i can't even wait 2 days, espec now you can get really good HD streams. think BT have throttled my connection this month

I don't know what explanation people wanted for everybodies extra powers but i certainly wasn't expecting a scientific one. Might find out more in the next few eps anyway.
Liked the episode but could have happily watched it another time, really wanted to know what's going on with Miles.

there's people who can't die, a man who turns into a smoke monster, a couple of guys who can see/hear the dead, people coming back from the dead, etc, etc, etc, etc, etc and people are moaning because they didn't explain it with physics? they should gtfo and stick to documentaries as fiction obviously isn't for them

so if they end it that it was all just a dream or they were in purgatory that would be OK cos it's fiction? don't think anyone cares about physics just want a good ending. anyway this ep and the next got relatively bad ratings from the preview audience the finale gets 9.7/10 so I shall look forward to it even tho the producers have said it will create even more questions.

I wasn't sure what to make of it.

Not bothered about the magic light explanation as tbh that's as good an explanation as we were ever going to get.

I didn't however like what it did to the characters. Jacob didn't come across as strong and mysterious as he has in the past. He looked like a boy unable to say no to his mother. And I thought the point of last weeks ep was to show that []Locke was evil. But this ep seems to want us to sympaphise with him.

nah, there's a big difference between a cop out and a fictional explanation tying up loose ends (not that I expect them to tie them all up)

Worst episode for a long time. Always just waiting for something interesting to happen and it never really did.

Seems like theyve still got a lot of stuff to explain and not long left to do it.

Last episode was prob good enough to excuse the piss poorness of this one tho, and still the best show on TV. Finale is going to be epic

I enjoyed it but i didnt think it was brilliant.

I dont think any ending can really satisfy people who have been watching it and loving it every week for 6 years.

Dont want it to end
