It's a difficult spot. You're usually supposed to make the call if you get all the way to 7th street. The amount in the pot at that stage means that check/call is often the best approach with a middling hand. It's very difficult, though, to justify calling with one pair and a third player to act behind you. It looked like you could have already been outdrawn on 6th. I prob check/call 6th. It's tough on for you 7th for sure. I prob call expecting to lose if the third player isn't there. I want to say that I'd still call, but I'm doubtful that I would.

Even if i'm beat on 6th they will struggle to raise and i have the equity to call anyway so I think the bet there is good. I'd have called the first guy because he should have the better one pairs. I think the calling is ok, he has an ace for 2prs and that hooks him in until the K. He might have called anyway if he had hit say a 2, but even then the pot is very big.

Break 2.  M: 10/296.  L: 436/1455

Lost some in the M in a bizarre hand where I called on 6th knowing I was losing, but it was 160 to call into a pot which was going to be 2,000 going to 7th, with a possibility of outdrawing. One player, showing what looked like junk, had been doing all the betting, while I had been calling, along with a third player, who was showing KTTT on 6th. I filled up on 7th, but the aggressor had rolled-up 666, and found another one on 7th.

Down to 34/276. It's a high-fluctuation game. I see that my mates GeorgeDanzer and Colisea, who were both top-5 with me a while ago, are both down here with me now. We like to stick together.

I spewed away plenty here. I don't know how guys like this make these calls. I reraised on 3rd and bet every street and he calls it all with a pair of eights?

I see that Marcel Luske, who was near the top recently, has just gone out. Musta had a catastrophe.

77/98. 40 paid. Despite the problems, including being soul-read and called all the way down with one pair by three different players, it is still possible that we can get ITM.

Out - 84th.

I don't feel too bad about that one, apart from having no cash to report. I couldn't get any traction in the Badugi and just couldn't seem to make any progress whereas this one went quite well for some time. The wheels came off after a while, but at least we were competitive and had the possibility of a score.
