Lol, this was the worst bit from the program notes
"I saved your club in 2005 and 2007 when nobody else would. The rebuilding of Leeds United is a bit like sex. In an age of instant gratification, Leeds United is having a long, drawn-out affair with plenty of foreplay and slow arousal.

Fantastic, Ken is a legend.
I like the way we are building for the future, last night some of the stars of the show were Adam Clayton (22), Tom Lees (20), Aidan White (19). We also have in the squad Zach Thompson (18), the Turner twins (18/19) and Charlie Taylor (17).
But because we are Leeds United a lot of the fans don't have the patience to wait a few years to get back to the prem. I understand that, I really want to get back to were we belong. There needs to be a balance.
I know we all wanted more investment than we got but to beat Hull 4-1 who have probably spent over 12m in the last season, compared to us who have probably spent less than 1m was pretty satisfying.
Was a great performance last night. Clayton, Snodgrass, Mccormack and Keogh linked up really well. It will be a lot more difficult on Sunday at Upton Park but at least we are off the mark finally and up the table a bit.

Bates is shrewd. Anyone who can charge £3 for this and get away with it is clever.

lol, no chance. Unless we dont have to pay any wages.
Just looks like its a quote from his Dad (agent) that has been twisted to get interest from other clubs in Championship.
Leicester can prob afford him.

Think the agent was just using us as an example to suggest that he would be open to a big money move to the championship (Leicester).
We wouldn't pay him £300,000 a year nevermind £3m.

Looked a different team from the opening weekend.
Clayton and Howson looks a good partnership.
Never really rated Keogh but thought he put a decent shift in today.

Nunez!
Shrewd move by Bates to stop Donny charging cheaper rates (£10) for the game. £23 it cost to see it instead and 8,000 hardy souls went.

What chances do you give Plymouth of surviving with Peter Risdale in as interim chairman?
