Keep me in your heart
Dont let me slip away
When the morning comes and those tears wont stop
Please keep me in your heart

Keep me on your side
Well you know sometimes I'll run
Even when the tears fall from your eyes
Please keep me on your side

And you know I'll wait for you for a thousand years
Would you do the same for me?
And I would swim across the loneliest sea
If it meant you could be free my love
You mean that much to me

Keep me on your mind
Even when I'm far away
Even though I know you may tire of me some day
Please keep me in your heart

And you know I'll wait for you for a thousand years
Would you do the same for me?
And I would swim across the loneliest sea
If it meant you could be free my love
You mean that much to me

Keep me in your heart
Dont let me get away
When the morning comes and those tears wont stop
Please keep me in your heart my love
How ever far apart we may become
Please keep me in your heart

I work on the front line in the NHS and while the service is not by any means perfect most of the people who deal with patients are there because they care and on the whole are compassionate individuals. My reception staff do a bl**dy hard job often dealing with abusive patients with unrealistic expectations of an over stretched service. They are often hit from both sides - patients for not giving out nonexistant apointments and from clinical staff who shout when extra patients are squeezed in. They are inundated with gifts at Christmas time and receive thank you cards on a regular basis.
We can all find good and bad examples in every system. If the people involved, staff and patients took a little bit more responsibility for themselves and their problems perhaps things would run smoother. We are also only human and mistakes do get made. The problem is when this is not aknowledged. We also pay taxes!!
I hope the infected leg soon is better.

Being fairly new to contributing on blonde but having read the comments on the forum for a while there is a fine line between offensive and banter. The mods do an outstanding job on a very busy site.

Speaking from the female perspective its totally not offensive to me to call some one a 'girl' etc when playing badly but to some i guess its seen as derogatory and is used as an insult in this situation. The calls for norkage during updates dont offend me either - but the line is finely walked on occasion and other new comers esp of the female persuasion may disagree!

Each situation and post surely must be taken in context and judged as such? Out and out abuse is obviously not to be tolerated but a little common sense goes a long way.    Smiley

I often think the best thing people can do for me is to give me their time, without strings or hidden agendas. In the same way its the best thing I can offer to others and try to do so whenever I can. I do appreciate that practical help is needed in some situations ie money, food etc. Often situations cannot be altered but can be made more bearable by giving time, which is precious to everyone.
I respect you for what you've done and I'm sure the homeless person involved feels the same way.
