I have been looking through the F1 markets all week ahead of the Hungarian GP this weekend, but contrary to my expectations everything seems well priced.

The only place I feel like we have an edge is the following:

Practice One Winner - Sergio Perez @ 14/1
. This race is critical in determining how the rest of the season will play out. Racing Point are quick, but they've yet to fulfill their potential and I suspect they may be quicker than Red Bull right now. Having said that, Red Bull should also be much closer to Mercedes this weekend (without ever really challenging them) on the downforce dependant Hungaroring - so the battle between those two should be close. Anyhow, the possibility of Mercedes and Red Bull sandbagging in first practice, coupled with this bet being offered on EW top three terms, makes this price appealing. Suggest 5 points EW (1-3 1/5).

I will continue to review the markets as the weekend plays out and let you know if I spot anything else.

Perez finished 3rd in FP1, so that'll be settled at 14/5.

Nice little profit....thanks.

6  Poker Forums / The Rail / Re: Grosvenor - Accounts locked for making deposits To cover GUKPT buyins on: June 20, 2020, 10:02:32 AM
This is beyond a joke now.   Account still locked with no access to the funds I deposited and missed most of the GUKPT event.   Spoken to their customer services and their ‘customer team’ has said they’ll call me the same day to resolve but the call never comes.    I’m starting to get very annoyed ....  joined GG yesterday and went through the full verification process in < 3 hrs.

Grosvener are totally oblivious to the consequences of just locking accounts like this - I could quite easily been coming back for day 2 of the 500 last Sunday and would not have been able to play .... I could have pre reg/ won sats  for games and not been able to access the account to play or cancel the reg.    Customer services also just refused to escalate to a formal complaint (as it wouldn’t do any good because they’ll def call me today .... like they said they would on wed)  😡😡😡

Anyone know the name of the online poker manager ?

Have you tried contacting either Jeff Kimber or Rick Trigg on Twitter? - they are both Grosvenor pros.

Yes on Twitter Jeff and Joe are aware and on it.

If you were bored and opposing 8/11 ish 2yo superstar Pinatubo each way for some sport this afternoon, how would you do it?

How much does having a high draw matter (yesterday having the rail seemed to be a big help)?

Might have a fiver e/w (1st 4 with beteveryday) on Kinross at 18/1. If high draw is an advantage then 12 seems good. Won well over 7f here.

I do wonder if the media & politicians live in some kind of bubble.

I was very surprised when Laura Kuennsberg opened with a question about Cummings.
In a moment when D J was talking about easing lockdown, which all of the UK cares about deeply, & on the day Track & Trace was launched with some issues it seemed like a wasted question.

Yeh couldn't believe she opened with it...especially knowing Boris isn't doing a follow up question. Maybe it was her trying to balance the recent Twitter frenzy that " LK is so pro Cummings"

This Gjasula character for Paderborn absolutely loves a booking. 14 in 24. Simple maths would suggest 11/8 is decent right?

No idea on this specifically, but is there a possibility of bookings reducing with potentially less pressure on refs (no fans)?

I haven’t seen the stats but I’ve seen a load of bookings since it’s been back.

Anyway, he got booked. Was 12/5 at half time too.

Good call  thumbs up

Might have been a minor breach........time to move on thank goodness.

Durham Police;

On 27 March 2020, Dominic Cummings drove to Durham to self-isolate in a property owned by his father.

Durham Constabulary does not consider that by locating himself at his father’s premises, Mr Cummings committed an offence contrary to regulation 6 of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020. (We are concerned here with breaches of the Regulations, not the general Government guidance to “stay at home”.)

On 12 April 2020, Mr Cummings drove approximately 26 miles from his father’s property to Barnard Castle with his wife and son. He stated on 25 May 2020 that the purpose of this drive was to test his resilience to drive to London the following day, including whether his eyesight was sufficiently recovered, his period of self-isolation having ended.

Durham Constabulary have examined the circumstances surrounding the journey to Barnard Castle (including ANPR, witness evidence and a review of Mr Cummings’ press conference on 25 May 2020) and have concluded that there might have been a minor breach of the Regulations that would have warranted police intervention. Durham Constabulary view this as minor because there was no apparent breach of social distancing.

Had a Durham Constabulary police officer stopped Mr Cummings driving to or from Barnard Castle, the officer would have spoken to him, and, having established the facts, likely advised Mr Cummings to return to the address in Durham, providing advice on the dangers of travelling during the pandemic crisis. Had this advice been accepted by Mr Cummings, no enforcement action would have been taken.

In line with Durham Constabulary’s general approach throughout the pandemic, there is no intention to take retrospective action in respect of the Barnard Castle incident since this would amount to treating Mr Cummings differently from other members of the public. Durham Constabulary has not taken retrospective action against any other person.

By way of further context, Durham Constabulary has followed Government guidance on management of alleged breaches of the regulations with the emphasis on the NPCC and College of Policing 4Es: Engage, Explain and Encourage before Enforcement.

Finally, commentary in the media has suggested that Mr Cummings was in Durham on 19 April 2020. Mr Cummings denies this and Durham Constabulary have seen insufficient evidence to support this allegation. Therefore Durham Constabulary will take no further action in this matter and has informed Mr Cummings of this decision.
