There is maybe an opportunity in the 5.35 at Ascot. Wicklow Brave is probably a class above, but all the form reads like it needs soft. I know it has rained a bit, but it must still be quite firm. Ryan Moore is probably responsible for a bit of that short price too. Problem is the rest are a bunch of plodders and non stayers.
Think I'd take a plodder over a non stayer. If you can get beteveryday Teak is 18/1 and they are quarter 3 places. We aren't so far off Betfair on the win and a bit better on the place.
Suggest 10 e/w at 18/1 on the old plodder that is Teak with beteveryday. Would be good if somebody else did this for thread as suspect they hate me already after this week.
thanks not one tft can do either at 18/1 1/4 odds I can do this if fred wants?

Weighed in today, further small loss which felt massive because I've been having a shocker, or so I felt. Not been at the Gym/Swimming in last 2 weeks and been restricted with my daily lunch time walk as my back has been breaking most days.
Weight in at 154kg, so that's a 9kilo loss since middle of April. Slow and steady, I'm happy with that.
In the next 2 weeks I'll aim off to take of 2 - 3 kilo and increase activity.

Arbboy is obvs a bit of a clown and gets pleasure upsetting folk but some of the comments on here are redic and people really need to toughen up.
As much as he winds the Scouse and Toon fans up, he is mostly spot on in what he says. He may bea bit close to the bone but I don't know what people expect.

Do people think Linford Christie did it naturally?
The fact he never works for the bbc should tell you how clean he was. Didn't Linford do Record Breakers for a while on BBC once he stopped running? I always thought he left tv work to run his coaching and management company. Yes then he failed a test at a masters event. Look at the folk coming through his group as well who got caught. I have said it before but there is no elite athlete at the top of their game who isn't on gear.

ferguson had previous convictions If we put every young man in jail who had a dust up we would be paying double taxes to build prisons. Not what I'm saying at all. I'm merely pointing out that you are incorrect about maximum possible sentence. Geo You are incorrect - there is utterly no way that a first offender gets jailed for a football pitch fracas. Again, you're seeing something in my post that isn't there. You state as fact that the maximum possible sentence is a fine/community service and it is not. Whether anything more than a fine/community service would be handed down in this case is neither here nor there. First offence or not, the maximum possible sentence can be a prison sentence depending on what the charge is and how serious the Judge rates the offence. It doesn't take a lot of searching to find cases of jail terms for assault on a first offender. Geo The maximum sentence for an undefined crime is life imprisonment, it might even be death for interfering with the queen's pigeons or similar. In the context of this discussion we have an incident and imo the range of any action by the authorities is no action to a fine/community service. If you want to reinforce Kmac's fantasy that the incident deserves to be dealt with by imprisonment then gl. So you don't think ABH should constitute jail time? Or are you wearing blue tinted specs?

Ghastly news, but maybe a merciful release from his suffering, and an escape from the constant abuse and mockery he received on Twitter and Facebook.
RIP Mr Kennedy.
Was he I'll, or do you just mean emotional suffering because of the abuse? He had issues with the booze. Think that was about it. He was genuinley one of the most talented Lib Dems in the UK, and acted with more principle than most. RIP.

Seriously can we drop this old firm thing, its really grating this has nothing to do with any supposed firm there may have been between two Glasgow Clubs way back.
Rangers, in their second coming are not related to Celtic.
Iron was Ian Durrant in the wrong when Simmy took him out?
Such bullshit, from supporters of other clubs in Scotland that like to blame all the problems of football on Celtic and rangers instead of looking closer to home.
From what I seen yesterday the Motherwell player was out of order, but Moshni should be jailed for his part.

The one thing about Droopy's Ward for me is its an excellent competition dog. With the Derby, I think that is one of the most important things to have.
I liked the Irish dog, forget which one right now but it was in the 5 box on Wednesday and fell out but got there on the line. Think it was around 50/1 after that, if that found a pair of trapping boots it could be a good bet.
