BTW Vin. One of my life's as yet unfulfilled ambitions is to buy you dinner.

Another decade of hard graft and saving and you'll get there.

Ha I had a proper blowup on Friday, was +3 on the 17th fairway with 130 yards in, made triple. Onto the 18th, 118 in, shank and a 3 putt for a double.

My career low is +4

Such a funny game, 80 is a good score for me but will deffo sting for a while.

I started playing this mate during lockdown, used to love Civ2.

Can't say my hours match yours but its such a great game and levels are so deep.

I just do random leader etc so i'm not always doing the same thing. Religious route seems so fucking tedious though, culture/science/domination way more fun.

Just stumbled around this thread, fantastic stuff.

I'm just down the coast, you have a couple of good courses near you, you've mentioned Goodwood already and then you have Littlehampton and Worthing as well.

Sadly Sussex is pretty shit for golf and all the courses are in shit nick this year but right now that's not too important.

Keep on doing what you're doing, competing against yourself is great fun eh?

How many days until they give Rees-Mogg a go?

GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT!

The problem with using mortality rates and confirmed cases is we ignore as yet unknown but suspected to be huge % of people who have covid and never know.

Personally i've taken the not worrying approach, i may get it, if i do i'm fortunate enough to be healthy and so suspect i may have flu like symptons for a few days.

In terms of event organisers etc its a nightmare, i've also had a trip to Korea cancelled, they are trying to re arrange for mid April but given the escalating situation in Korea this seems unlikely. Again they are not to worried about the health situation but more the travel restrictions people would be under both going and returning.

Ha was a fun game early on for sure but yes got a little stale when they were deep. Amazing timing Luke coming in the booth and then they all start mugging him off.

Thanks for the kind words, hopefully we will have some more of these big cash games during millions events.

This effected Trains running into London as far as Birmingham new street, trains cancelled, 100 passengers per carriage. People unable to get on the train as a result. Selfish people!

Let's ignore for a moment weather they are right or wrong, or whether these measures are effective or not, how do you see them as selfish? Surely they are the complete opposite, giving up their time, liberty and in this case health for the greater good.
