Main Event Day two

Wow. Seat 9 is interesting.  (AT guy previously). Has my 91k covered.

Raises UTG to 2.5k. We have AKs UTG1. Just about decide to call. CO calls.

BB all in for 18k. Seat 9 snap moves all in.

I'm always folding I guess. Seat 9 has

(In results orientated news, we would have lost)

Main Event Day two

Meh.

Raise button. BB defends

Leads half pot. I very possibly need to be raising and barrelling, but he hasn't done this yet. Just about food. Anyway, good news that they're leading Ahigh flops

Main Event day 2

Utter sigh

Seat 9 is all over the the place. All his actions are near-snap, and all are random

I raise 2k UTG with . BUT and SB call.

He snap makes it 7k from big. All decisions from this point complicated, obviously...

I decide to click it to 12k. Folding to 5bet obviously.

Snap call

Snap check. I bet 14k into 30k. Snap call.

Snap check. This is the massive decision. SPR is 1.6.. ultimately decide to check behind.

Snap moves all in. Puke. Fold. 70k

Main Event day 2

If he does have the type that it appears he has, I'm fairly sure he calls the turn, so I guess we results-orientated survived the turn by checking.

Main Event day 2

Up to 82k.

Its going to be correct to use the best seat at the table, and look to play big pots against seat nine.

Main Event day 2

Second break. 86k. Random things happening.

Seat 3 reminds us of the rule that, even if they seem sensible, they can throw in the random disaster at any point.

Defends BB against the chaotic Italian seat 9, calls AT8ss, check raises AT8 ss 9 x big, and on

AT8 ss 9x 3x

Shoves for 1.2x pot. Italian seat 9 folds. Seat 3 shows
.

I don't know whether he knew whether he was value betting or bluffing.  Would be either very thin value, or a strange choice of opponent to bluff.

Clearly you should be posting more hands, with you making up what you had.

Obviously, balance this with some real ones. He's a smart cookie, so he'll work out your strategy otherwise.

Main Event Day two

Yuk yuk yuk

Had the spot we were praying for against the chaotic Italian. Aces

UTG. Raise, LJ calls. Italian calls BB.

Not the best. Italian goes to lead. Checks. I bet half pot. LJ fold. Italian quick call. Feels fairly obvious flop and turn that it is either a combo draw, or pair plus draw.

two hearts

Bet 11k into 19k. Quick call.

Massive river coming

two hearts .

(It can't ever be an offsuit deuce).

He bets 50k into 41k.

Very complicated decision. Will write up after tournie. obviously relevant. He's all over the place, but actually, he hasn't been caught bluffing yet.

Massive tank. May well be wrong.  But I folded. Just
