No alcohol/drugs and so on...

tea made of fresh basil leaves -is helpful

cocaine and brandy for three days.

By the time you come down the flu's probably gone and you've dodged all the unwelcome symptoms.

I was only joking about the night nurse and all that shit, this is what any normal person would do.

Woods Navy rum you will still have everything you have got but you will not feel a thing.   If anyblondes know where you can still buy it would be gratefull.

Drink the top stuff (if you're after strong rum)!! http://www.thedrinkshop.com/products/nlpdetail.php?prodid=2745

Or that rotgut you requested http://www.thedrinkshop.com/products/nlpdetail.php?prodid=271

Personally I'd recommend the Old Mateusalem (15 yo), the Angastoura 1919, or the 1824.

About a week on and still feeling rough. I can confirm that ACE2M's 'nest' theory doesn't really work, although my sore throat seems to have calmed down.
