is this the first time you tried to use it?

few things that spring to mind:

1) they dont filter stats through until a certain number of hands have been played. Somewhere in options you can select this, I think default is 10 hands... so Id check that
2) looks like you are using vista, did you run it as administrator? a lot of progs like pokertracker/HUD dont work correctly unless you run it as administrator.. so try that
3) you have the right HH folder selected for party? you gotta manually select the HH folder IIRC.

+1 for Sam Marques

1) Have changed the min hand req to '1' and will see what happens
2) No i didn't will try tht during tonights session
3) I think i must have the right HH folder as the cards from the previous hand were coming up after a showdown hand.

ty for the help.

You can download PT3 for free at the moment, it's not a complete version yet, but the basic stats are there and the HUD is built in and works fab.

Do you have hand directory set up correctly in the preferences?  I had an instance recently where I'd set the history folder as the folder that PT copies the files to rather than the one that the software copies the HH files to.

Failing that, you could always post on the forums for the software, the guy at PAHUD sorted me out really quickly.
