Hero and villain have circa 25k....21 left blinds 600/1200

Hero  limps utg (have everyone covered apart from villain, who has same)...been playing tight for last couple of rounds
Villain makes it 4k been playing verry lag.
Hero calls...flop comes  three diamonds.
Hero checks....villain bets 5.5k, hero calls
Turn 
Hero checks....Villain moves all in

I switched the hands over villain had 
I had  and he timebanked called my arse. He's line was 'i thought you had  and got lucky on the turn for 2 pair'

At least i had 4 outs. GG
