well if he or she was just suspended the for a period of time  the chips should remain on the table and their blinds should go in, if the chips were to remain after the player is disqualifed its far easier of the two players to his or her right to steal the blinds. for example if everyone passes and the player is on the big blind the small blind would get a free big blind. its also easier for the button man to steal the blinds if their is one player to act instead of two. puting them at an advantage. thats one reason why thay should come off the table
