Possibly both?

Tevez looks sealed.

What are people's views on what happens to team selection in the Chelsea Midfield once Ballack arrives?

How do you play Lampard, Essien, Ballack and Makalele?

Is Lampard likely to head to Spain as rumoured?

Makelele would be dropped.

Makaele would be dropped.

Makelele is 33/34. You have to think Essien was bought to replace Makelele eventually.

As we saw in the Semi-Final Chelsea are rubbish when playing narrow.

If Shevchenko does go to Chelsea, the rest of the Premiership have NO CHANCE OF CATCHING THEM!

I would put my house on them.

I think from back to midfield we're quite close to them, we need another world class winger and a couple of good strikers.

If we had Rooney/Nistlerooy last season we'd have gone close.

I wouldn't swap our midfield for any other right now.

Have to agree tho with Nemesis- hes the type of player Chelsea are missing and the rest would have no chance of catching them,

IMO there are only 3 strikers in the world like that and Chelsea desperatly need one of them if they are to gain the world domination they seek Grin- Eto(no chance) Henry(NO CHANCE) and Shevchenko(maybe)

I think they bought Diarra(?) as the long term holding midfieder... he's looks the part from what I saw last week but he might not be given the chance to show it there....

Gudjohnsen would be a great foil for Owen next year, He must be one of the three leaving there this summer.
