This was an interesting hand posing some tough decisions. I'll post my thoughts once my hand is known.

It doesn't really matter what i have. I was playing my opponent more than the cards here.

I always feel in limit, it's important to maintain the upper hand. At the start i raise for value. When Flushie reraises I immediately put him on 6 high and reraise for value.

He goes over the top for another min raise. I put him on a bluff so reraise to maintain the upper hand. He reraises me. I now begin suspect he has a made hand such as 98 suited but as I myself also have a strong holding I riase once more for value. Again he riases. Now it starts to get interesting.

For the next two raises i put him on AA but expect him to flat call within 2 raises to confirm this.
When he puts in the 7th riase i now know he hasn't got AA but decide to bluff raise two more times. He continues reraising me. I now know he has no cards above a J so raise twice more for value. He reraises me.....hmmmm....interesting.......

Ok, so now I've got a good idea of his hand. I'm back thinking he has a strong 9. I reraise to ask a question. He fires back a 14th raise confirming this. So one card is a 9. I raise once more to check it is a spade. This is confirmed with a further reraise. I now feel in good shape and put in 4 more raises for value. Once he doesn't slow down i am slightly concerned so spend the next 5 raises trying to bluff the pot.

This proves slightly unsuccessful and finally i have 40 chips back. I have run out of riases to ask questions so am only aware of the in his hand and some other card no bigger than a 9. I decide i must get something on the flop otherwise sadly i must pass or bluff him off the flop. SO finally i call to give myself enough folding equity on the flop should i miss plus some chips to value bet a good flop.

I'll let you know my thoughts on the flop play after u see my hand....

I actually had T4h. I felt confident of my read that he had a 9 in his hand and that the other card could be no higher than a 9.

The flop was good for me. I felt I could run a bluff past him if i missed but i actually hit the flop running with my made draw.

Also Flushie rather hastily pushed allin. I felt like i was being close to pot committed here but also felt fairly sure my T high was ahead of his range so called.

Turns out he had 99 which was very lucky as he hadn't looked at his cards once he told me.

I missed my flush draw and overcard/ running trip 4 draw which was a shame as i felt i outplayed him in the hand and really he should've check folded on a dangerous flop.

Rod, the obvious play here (and I am assuming you are sitting in the same room) is to :

1) turn off his lappie
2) move all in on the flop and take the pot
